Stay warm, even in wet conditions with the THERMOSHELL PRO INSULATED JACKET 4.0. Perfect for running/hiking in cold weather, particularly in exposed locations such as hills or mountains.
The THERMOSHELL PRO features Primaloft Black Insulation ThermoPlume, which provides lightweight warmth with the thermal properties of natural goose down. This clever insulation is water resistant too, and continues to keep you warm even when wet.
The outer shell of the jacket is windproof and water resistant too, keeping you protected and warm in challenging conditions. A wire-reinforced hood can also be pulled up to provide cosy additional warmth and protection.
Narrow quilting to the side and zoned four way stretch panels allow you complete freedom of movement. This makes it very versatile for any active outdoor use such as running or hiking.
There are two external zipped hand pockets to keep you warm or to store essentials. Inside the jacket there are two internal pockets too, one of which the jacket can pack down into when not in use. The THERMOSHELL PRO's insulation compresses down surprisingly small, which makes the jacket convenient to carry in the back of a race vest or backpack.

Product Care
THERMOSHELL PRO JACKET
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Zip up all zips on the jacket.
- Add laundry detergent to the detergent drawer of your washing machine. We recommend using Grangers® Performance Wash detergent as it is specifically designed for activewear. Do not use fabric softener.
- Wash the jacket separately at 30°C on a gentle washing machine cycle.
- Once the cycle finishes, put it through an additional rinse cycle to ensure the jacket is free from detergent.
DRYING:
For best results, and to rejuvenate the Primaloft® Black Insulation ThermoPlume, it is best to tumble dry your THERMOSHELL PRO on a low heat setting. Add drier balls or clean tennis balls into the tumble drier to aid even drying and prevent the insulation from clumping.
Once the jacket begins to dry it will start to fluff up again, at which stage you can gently shake it to agitate and redistribute the down insulation. Continue to tumble dry at 15-minute intervals until the down is dry.
STORAGE:
We recommend storing your THERMOSHELL PRO loose, rather than packed down into its pocket. This helps maintain the loft (the fluffiness) of your jacket.
Warranty
We pride ourselves on the quality and performance of our products. However, in the unlikely event of a fault of defect, all INOV8 products come with a 12-month warranty.
This warranty excludes:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse
- Accidental damage
- Issues caused by not following the products care instructions

Wind & Water Resistant
Protection against the wind and the rain comes from the THERMOSHELL PRO's ultralight shell fabric. This provides windproof protection and some water resistance against light rain showers.

Wire-Reinforced Hood
In cold, windy or wet conditions the THERMOSHELL PRO has a wire reinforced hood that can be pulled up to provide extra protection and warmth. The wire reinforced peak will keep the rain out of you eyes and allows a head torch to be worn comfortably underneath.

Two external zipped hand pockets help you keep warm or to store essential. Inside the jacket, two generous zipped internal pockets provide more space to store valuables.

Packable
When not in use, the THERMOSHELL PRO packs down surprisingly small into a lightweight package. Packing into its own internal pocket, the jacket can then be stashed in the back of a race vest or backpack.
