High levels of shock absorption and energy return are provided by the EXTEROFLOW cushioned foam midsole, making the shoe ideal for any high-impact exercise. The cushioning and flexibilty of the F-LITE 245 also make it supremely versatile for hybrid cardio/strength workouts that incorporate functional movements or weightlifting.

Keep your footing with our sticky rubber outsole. Lightweight grip for any gym-based exercise, including weightlifting and cardio.
EXTEROFLOW midsole

Knitted Upper

Feel light and free during your workout. The knitted mesh upper has specifically designed zones for maximum flexibility, breathability and support. The upper moulds to the shape of your foot like a sock, combining with the shoe's slightly wider fit for supreme comfort.
ROPE-TEC

Protection and durability during rope climbs. ROPE-TEC technology embedded into the midsection of the outsole and around the arch of the foot gives protection from friction on rope climbs, and delivers increased durability.

Product Care

GYM FOOTWEAR

To maximise the life of your gym shoes, make sure you dry them fully after every workout. You should clean them periodically too, to maintain the breathability of the shoe’s upper.

WASHING:

For best results hand wash your shoes as close to the end of your workout as possible. To wash your shoes:

Remove the insoles and loosen or remove the laces.
Rinse your shoes under cold running water while brushing off any dirt (an old toothbrush is perfect for this).
For stubborn dirt, grime and odours we recommend using Grangers® Footwear & Gear Cleaner spray to clean and refresh your shoes.

DRYING:

Place your shoes in a warm room, an airing cupboard or outside (but not in direct sunlight) to dry. Do not dry your shoes in a tumble drier or next to radiators, fireplaces or hot summer sunlight.

You can speed up the drying process by removing the shoe’s insole and shoelaces, and by stuffing them with newspaper.

Make sure your shoes are completely dry before wearing again.
