Returns
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of it being delivered for a full refund. To qualify for a refund, you need to return the item in an “as new” condition, in its original packaging.
Returns are charged at NO Kr 159.
Product Care
Flasks and Reservoirs
Use:
Our flasks can be filled with either gels or fluids.
All of our flasks, reservoirs and cups have a wide working temperature range of up to 60C/140F. They can also be frozen too – ideal for runs or hikes in warmer weather when you want to keep fluids cool for as long as possible.
Washing Instructions:
Hand wash using warm water and washing up/dishwashing liquid. Do not place in a dishwasher.
Warranty
We pride ourselves on the quality and performance of our products. However, in the unlikely event of a fault of defect, all INOV8 products come with a 12-month warranty.
This warranty excludes:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse
- Accidental damage
- Issues caused by not following the products care instructions
HYDRAPAK® WARRANTY
INOV8 Products featuring HydraPak® are also covered by the HydraPak® lifetime warranty. If you experience any failures due to the products manufacturing or materials, HydraPak® will repair or replace the item for free.
