Hardwearing, protective minimalist gym shoes that let your feet do the walking – meet the BARE-XF™ PRO.
These premium, high performance barefoot shoes comfortable and highly flexible, but at the same time are packed with protective features to allow you to perform at your best.
Constructed using premium techniques, the BARE-XF™ PRO benefits from a fully seamless interior and an inner sock that’s attached to the upper. This sock like fit, together with the absence of a midsole, gives you that natural, close to the ground feel. This premium construction also doesn’t compromise on comfort – these are shoes you can wear all day long, whether inside or outside of the gym.
We’ve designed the BARE-XF™ PRO for those who want to tackle hardcore workouts as naturally as possible. Alongside our renowned sticky rubber grip, the shoe gives you protection where you need it most. A KPU cupped heel provides you with better stability when lifting heavy, and a KPU Adapterweb overlay also gives additional structural support and protection for your foot. There’s also a toe bumper to guard against painful stubs when performing burpees, and ROPE-TEC technology is integrated at the lateral and medial arch for protection during rope climbs.
The extremely durable BARE-XF™ PRO gives your feet the protection they need, while not compromising natural performance.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of it being delivered for a full refund. To qualify for a refund, you need to return the item in an “as new” condition, in its original packaging.

Product Care
GYM FOOTWEAR
To maximise the life of your gym shoes, make sure you dry them fully after every workout. You should clean them periodically too, to maintain the breathability of the shoe’s upper.
WASHING:
For best results hand wash your shoes as close to the end of your workout as possible. To wash your shoes:
- Remove the insoles and loosen or remove the laces.
- Rinse your shoes under cold running water while brushing off any dirt (an old toothbrush is perfect for this).
- For stubborn dirt, grime and odours we recommend using Grangers® Footwear & Gear Cleaner spray to clean and refresh your shoes.
DRYING:
Place your shoes in a warm room, an airing cupboard or outside (but not in direct sunlight) to dry. Do not dry your shoes in a tumble drier or next to radiators, fireplaces or hot summer sunlight.
You can speed up the drying process by removing the shoe’s insole and shoelaces, and by stuffing them with newspaper.
Make sure your shoes are completely dry before wearing again.
Warranty
We pride ourselves on the quality and performance of our products. However, in the unlikely event of a fault of defect, all INOV8 products come with a 12-month warranty.
This warranty excludes:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse
- Accidental damage
- Issues caused by not following the products care instructions

Grippy Rubber Outsole
Keep your footing with our 2.5mm thick grippy rubber outsole. Lightweight grip for any gym-based exercise, including weightlifting, cardio, functional movements, walking and running.

No Midsole = More Natural Feel
Feel the ground beneath you. A close to the ground design gives you a more natural/barefoot feel. Most gym shoes have a thick wedge of midsole foam to cushion impacts. The BARE-XF™ PRO does away with this to enhance spatial awareness and control of your feet.

Protective Features
The BARE-XF™ PRO benefits from a number of protective features, while still retaining that natural feel. A toe bumper guards against painful stubs during exercises such as burpees. A KPU cupped heel gives you better stability when lifting. And a KPU Adapterweb overlay gives the shoe more structural support and protection too.

Sock-Like Fit
Constructed using the sachetto method – a premium technique usually reserved for leather lined shoes – the BARE-XF™ PRO benefits from a seamless interior, as the seam is turned outwards. There is no insole in the shoe, courtesy of the BARE-XF™ PRO’s comfortable inner sock, which is stitched directly to the upper. Coupled with a stretch knit tongue and collar, the shoe is extremely comfortable and flexible - exactly the fit you want with a minimalist training shoe.

ROPE-TEC
Protection and durability during rope climbs. ROPE-TEC technology embedded into the midsection of the outsole and around the arch of the foot gives protection from friction on rope climbs, and delivers increased durability.
