A trail running shoe with the cushioning of a road shoe. Lightweight and fast-feeling, the TRAILFLY ULTRA G 280 can transition seamlessly between road and trail. Its fit and cushioning has a familiar feel for those used to road running shoes, but with the tech to keep you stable and give you grip on technical trail.

But don't let the name fool you - the TRAILFLY ULTRA G 280 is much more than an ultra running shoe. It's responsive and quick over shorter distances too and works very well as an everyday training shoe, whether you're running roads, trail, or a bit of both.

Nitrogen-infused FLYSPEED foam provides a thick, lightweight wedge of cushioning which provides incredible energy return. This allows you to run faster over longer distances.

On the trails, a graphene enhanced outsole provides exceptional grip and traction - particularly over hard and rocky ground. Under the shoe, a unique groove allows it to flex and mould to the trail for amazing ground control over uneven terrain.

Product Care

Running Footwear

To maximise the life of your running shoes, make sure you dry them fully between runs. When dirty or muddy, clean your shoes to maintain the flexibility of the upper and its resistance to wear.

Washing:

For best results hand wash your shoes as close to the end of your run as possible. To wash your shoes:

Remove the insoles and loosen or remove the laces.
Brush off dried/caked mud using a soft brush.
Rinse your shoes under cold running water while brushing off any remaining mud/debris (an old toothbrush is perfect for this).

Drying:

Place your shoes in a warm room, an airing cupboard or outside (but not in direct sunlight) to dry. Do not dry your shoes in a tumble drier or next to radiators, fireplaces or hot summer sunlight.

You can speed up the drying process by removing the shoe’s insole and shoelaces, and by stuffing them with newspaper.

Make sure your shoes are completely dry before wearing again.

RE-WATERPROOFING:

As with all water-repellent treatments, over time they begin to lose their effectiveness. To maintain your shoe’s waterproof finish, we recommend periodically re-waterproofing them using a product such as Grangers® Footwear Repel Plus.

Warranty

We pride ourselves on the quality and performance of our products. However, in the unlikely event of a fault of defect, all INOV8 products come with a 12-month warranty.

This warranty excludes:

Normal wear and tear
Misuse
Accidental damage
Issues caused by not following the products care instructions

ADAPTER-FLEX Groove

Enjoy a responsive ride on uneven trail. The ADAPTER-FLEX groove in the shoe adapts, reacts and moulds to uneven terrain. The groove makes the shoe less rigid and works with your foot's midtarsal joint to increase flex and mobility.
