Looking for a natural feeling, all round training shoe? Look no further! The F-LITE 235 V3 is a lightweight cross training shoe that has the perfect balance of responsiveness and cushioning.

The shoe's lightweight, minimal design gives it a super-natural, comfortable feel, while at the same time offering a host of protective features. Ideal for weightlifting, functional movements and cardio, the F-LITE 235 V3 can do it all.

Lots of clever technologies combine to deliver a flexible, natural feel to the shoe. The META-FLEX design of the sole allows your feet to move naturally during any type of exercise, while a Dynamic Fascia Band works with your foot's natural spring mechanism to stiffen the shoe and enhance your toe off.

The POWERFLOW+ midsole gives you just enough cushioning, while keeping the natural, close to the ground feel. A 4mm midsole drop is perfect for that natural feel while lifting or performing functional movements.

Protection is provided by the shoe's lightweight, super breathable and durable upper. A toe bumper protects you during floor work, and ROPE-TEC on the upper gives you grip and abrasion protection when doing rope climbs.

Feel light, agile and ready for anything in the F-LITE 235 V3. An all rounder for people who prefer a more natural-feeling gym shoe.

GYM FOOTWEAR

To maximise the life of your gym shoes, make sure you dry them fully after every workout. You should clean them periodically too, to maintain the breathability of the shoe’s upper.

WASHING:

For best results hand wash your shoes as close to the end of your workout as possible. To wash your shoes:

  1. Remove the insoles and loosen or remove the laces.
  2. Rinse your shoes under cold running water while brushing off any dirt (an old toothbrush is perfect for this).
  3. For stubborn dirt, grime and odours we recommend using Grangers® Footwear & Gear Cleaner spray to clean and refresh your shoes.

DRYING:

Place your shoes in a warm room, an airing cupboard or outside (but not in direct sunlight) to dry. Do not dry your shoes in a tumble drier or next to radiators, fireplaces or hot summer sunlight.

You can speed up the drying process by removing the shoe’s insole and shoelaces, and by stuffing them with newspaper.

Make sure your shoes are completely dry before wearing again.

Warranty

We pride ourselves on the quality and performance of our products. However, in the unlikely event of a fault of defect, all INOV8 products come with a 12-month warranty.

This warranty excludes:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse
  • Accidental damage
  • Issues caused by not following the products care instructions

    Lightweight grip for any gym-based exercise. The META-FLEX design on the sole of the shoe ensures the forefoot has the flexibility and freedom to move naturally during all functional, weightlifting and fitness movements.

  2. POWERFLOW+ Midsole

    Comfort and cushioning during intense workouts. POWERFLOW+ midsole technology provides 10% better shock absorption and 25% better energy return than standard midsoles. A 4mm drop gives the 235 V3 the perfect heel to toe drop for lifting and functional movements, while still keeping a natural feel.

  3. Comfy & Protective Upper

    The shoe's super durable mesh upper has protective overlays to create one of the most comfortable and breathable training shoes around. In addition a toe bumper provides protection during floor exercises, and ROPE-TEC along the upper gives traction and protection for rope climbs.

  4. 6mm Footbed

    Maximum comfort and cushioning. The 6mm thick ETPU insole provides comfort and extra cushioning as you tackle the most demanding workouts. The footbed material is tough and highly durable too.

  5. Dynamic Fascia Band

    Feel a spring in your step with the 235's Dynamic Fascia Band. This thin piece of plastic in the shoe's sole mimics the natural function of your plantar fascia, making the shoe stiffer just before you toe off to give you more spring.
