Returns
If youāre not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of it being delivered for a full refund. To qualify for a refund, you need to return the item in an āas newā condition, in its original packaging.
Returns are charged at $36 AUD.
Product Care
Please consider the environment when deciding when to wash your clothing. Obviously if youāve done a particularly long/intense activity in a garment and it smells, itās probably time to put it in the wash. But you can often get several wears out of your kit without washing, by simply hanging it up and letting it air between uses.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Zip up any zips and fasten any Velcro before placing inside the washing machine.
- Wash on a 30Ā°C cycle, or according to the garmentās care label.
- We recommend using a detergent suitable for performance clothing such as GrangersĀ® Active Wash. This laundry detergent is specifically formulated to remove stubborn dirt and odours, and to maintain your clothingās wicking properties.
- Do not use fabric softener.
- Leave to dry naturally ā do not tumble dry.
Warranty
We pride ourselves on the quality and performance of our products. However, in the unlikely event of a fault of defect, all INOV8 products come with a 12-month warranty.
This warranty excludes:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse
- Accidental damage
- Issues caused by not following the products care instructions
